It is becoming increasingly clear
that a host of illnesses--including heart disease, many cancers and Alzheimer's

- Stay away from deep fried food. Instead bake or stir fry your meals.
- Choose green, orange, and yellow vegetables for side dishes or salads.
- Drink plenty of water, fresh 100% fruit and vegetable juices, and herbal teas.
